The Bold Stool is the natural companion to Moustache's iconic Bold Chair — and every bit as considered in its design.
Created by Swiss studio Big-Game for the French design house Moustache, the Bold Stool shares the same signature construction: interlocking metal pieces wrapped in thick polyurethane foam and finished with a removable fabric cover. The result is a stool that is as visually striking as it is genuinely comfortable — with the same playful, graphic silhouette that made the Bold Chair a design world icon.
Like its counterpart, the Bold Stool sits within the permanent collections of MoMA New York and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris — a testament to Moustache's ability to make minimalism feel warm, witty, and entirely liveable.
