How your order reaches you

The Beauticate Shop is a curated, multi-brand store. Every product is shipped directly from the brand that made it. There's no warehouse and no middleman. Your order comes straight from the source, which means fresher products and more care in every parcel.

Because each brand handles its own shipping, timeframes and costs may vary. Here's what to expect.

Processing and delivery

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery timeframes depend on the brand, your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details from the brand directly.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are set by each brand and calculated at checkout. Some brands offer free shipping when you spend over a certain amount. You'll always see the full cost before you complete your purchase.

Orders from multiple brands

If your order includes products from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. This is completely normal. Each brand dispatches your items individually, so you may receive more than one delivery.

Delivery locations

Most of our brand partners ship Australia-wide. Some also offer international shipping. Available options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
