REFUND POLICY

Returns

Because the Beauticate Shop is a curated, multi-brand store, each product is sold and fulfilled directly by the brand that made it. This means returns are handled by each brand according to their own policy.

As a general guide, most brands accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You'll need your proof of purchase or order confirmation to get started.

Specific return conditions are shown on the product page at the time of purchase, so you can always check before you buy.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact the brand directly using the details on your order confirmation email. They'll guide you through their process, including where and how to send the item back.

If you're having trouble reaching a brand or need help navigating a return, email us at hello@beauticate.com and we'll follow up on your behalf.

Please don't send items back to a brand without requesting a return first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact the brand straight away so they can make it right. If you're not getting a response, let us know at hello@beauticate.com and we'll step in.

Items that can't be returned

Some products are not eligible for return due to health and hygiene regulations. These typically include opened skincare and beauty products, wellness ingestibles, intimate items, perishable goods and personalised orders. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you're unsure whether a product is eligible, check the product page or contact the brand before purchasing.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange a product is to return the original item through the brand's returns process and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once the brand has received and inspected your return, they'll notify you directly about whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 2-8 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

A note on our role

Beauticate curates and promotes the products in this shop, but each purchase is a transaction between you and the brand. We hold our partners to a high standard of customer care, and if your experience doesn't meet that standard, we want to know. We're always at hello@beauticate.com.
