A Note From Sigourney
The Beauticate Shop is something I've been quietly building toward for a decade.
Beauticate began in 2014 as a side project while I was Beauty and Health Director at Vogue Australia. I wanted to create a space that honoured beauty properly. Not as something trivial, but as something powerful. Over the years it grew into a full editorial platform spanning beauty, wellness, style, interiors and destinations. A podcast. A newsletter. A community.
What I kept hearing from readers was a version of the same question. Where do I actually buy the things you talk about?
The Beauticate Shop is the answer.
It's not a marketplace. It's not a department store. It's a curated edit of the products our editors and experts actually use, recommend and stand behind. No noise. No fillers. No paid placements dressed up as picks. Just the things worth your time and money, chosen by people who have spent their careers learning the difference.
Thank you for being here. It means more than you know.

How the Shop Works
Every product is chosen, not listed. The Beauticate Shop is curated by Sigourney and the Beauticate Collective, our standing group of 14 editors and experts across beauty, wellness, style, interiors and health. If a product is here, it's because someone on our team uses it, has tested it properly, or has the credentials to know exactly why it deserves your attention.
More than 30 brands joined us before the shop opened, on the strength of the platform alone. They came for our audience, our editorial standards and our refusal to compete on discounting. We came together because we share the same belief. That the best products deserve more than a paid ad. They deserve a story.
Orders ship directly from each brand. This keeps products fresh, supports the brands we love and means you're buying from the source. Most orders dispatch within a few business days. Shipping costs and timing vary by brand and are shown clearly at checkout.
Returns are handled brand by brand, following each brand's individual policy. If anything ever goes wrong, our team is one email away at info@beauticate.com and we'll personally make it right.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who curates the Beauticate Shop?
Every product is selected by Sigourney Cantelo and the Beauticate Collective, a standing group of 14 editors and experts spanning beauty, wellness, style, interiors and health. Nothing is included because a brand paid to be here. Products earn their place through use, testing and expert endorsement.
How are brands chosen?
We look for product integrity, founder credibility, brand values and editorial fit. Many of the brands on the shop have been featured in Beauticate's editorial for years. Others are introduced because a member of the Collective uses them in their own practice. We say no far more often than we say yes.
Where do products ship from?
Each order ships directly from the brand. This keeps stock fresh, supports the businesses we partner with and means you're buying from the source rather than a warehouse. You may receive multiple parcels if your order spans more than one brand.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders dispatch within a few business days. Timing and shipping costs vary by brand and are shown clearly at checkout.
What's your returns policy?
Returns follow each brand's individual policy, which you'll find on the product page and at checkout. If anything goes wrong, email us at info@beauticate.com and we'll personally help resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability varies by brand. Most ship across Australia. Some ship internationally. You'll see the options at checkout once you've entered your address.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. The Beauticate Shop is online for now, but we host editorial events, retreats and live experiences throughout the year. Sign up to our newsletter to hear first.
